Equity Investment Workshops Announced
InterTradeIreland is hosting upcoming clinics aimed at helping businesses seeking equity investment.
The clinics will be delivered by a venture professional who will advise companies on their fundraising activities including a business plan review, investment pitch practice and signposting to investors.
To be eligible for this service, companies must have a minimum new equity funding requirement of €100,000. You will also need to forward one of the following documents to InterTradeIreland in advance:
• business plan (preferred submission)
• executive summary/investment memorandum
• investment pitch slide deck
Each clinic will take place at Invest Northern Ireland, Bedford Street, Belfast and will run from 09:30 to 16:30 on the following dates – 24 January 2019; 21 February 2019; 21 March 2019.

Invest NI Launches New Equity Funds For SMEs
Local SMEs with high potential for growth could be set to benefit from two Equity Funds recently launched by Invest NI. Part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, the agency has committed £95 million in total to establishing the new funds, with a range of firms eligible for the support.
