Driver Arrested After Collision With Cyclist
A 23-year-old has been arrested following a collision with a cyclist in west Belfast on Sunday, 14 October.
A male cyclist was taken to hospital to be treated for serious injuries after being struck by a car on the Glenside Road in Dunmury.
The incident happened shortly before 8.30am on Sunday morning and the driver was arrested on suspicion of a number of driving offences.
Two ambulances attended the scene, along with an Air Ambulance, which landed on Donegal Celtic's football pitch to gain access to the crash scene.
A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said the cyclist was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
The road remained closed on Sunday evening.

The private funeral service for 16-year-old Thomas McDonald took place from his home in the White City area of Newtownabbey. Staff at a Belfast hospital were forced to endure a tirade of verbal abuse and were physically assaulted during an weekend attack which is thought to be the work of loyalist paramilitaries. Police are to study security videos in order to ascertain the exact details of the incident, which occurred in the Royal Victoria Hospital on Saturday 21 July.

The Irish ambassador to Mauritius will press for an urgent examination of the Michaela McAreavey murder case and protest against the publication of crime scene photographs. Close-ups of Mrs McAreavey's neck injuries are visible in the photographs, which were published by a new newspaper, the Mauritian Sunday Times.

Cyclist Killed In A1 Road Accident
A cyclist has died after his bike was hit by a lorry on the A1 near Sprucefield just outside the village of Hillsborough in County Down. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning at about 06:50 in the Lisburn-bound lane of the carriageway. The lane has been closed between Dromore and Hillsborough.

The Mauritian newspaper editor who published photos of the body of Michaela McAreavey has been fined the equivalent of £1,000. Imraan Hosany was found guilty on Wednesday of outrage to religious and public morality after the country's Sunday Times published photographs of the crime scene and of Ms McAreavey's body.
