Go For It Programme Reaches Significant Milestone
Belfast City Council's Go For It programme has reached a significant milestone.
The programme has helped 350 Belfast entrepreneurs launch their businesses since last September.
Go For It is part funded by Invest Northern Ireland and the European Regional Development Fund under the Investment for Growth & Jobs Northern Ireland (2014-2020) Programme.
Belfast Lord Mayor Councillor Deirdre Hargey said: "We're delighted that the Go For It programme has helped 350 Belfast entrepreneurs get up and running so far. We're committed to supporting 4,000 small business start ups over the next four years through The Belfast Agenda and this is a great step towards achieving our goal.
"Go For It provides practical advice and support to anyone wishing to start their own business by taking them through every step of the process of creating a business plan. I'm really encouraged to hear how Daly Recruitment has benefited from completing the programme. They're currently the only specialised hospitality management recruiter in NI, working with clients and candidates across Ireland and the UK to find that perfect recruitment match for the luxury hotel market, contract catering and conference and events sectors. I'd encourage anyone who has a business idea to get in touch with us today to see how we can help make it a reality."
