DUP And TUV Issued Fines By The Electoral Commission

The Electoral Commission has issued fines to the DUP and TUV after it found that both parties failed to comply with financial reporting laws.

Citing inaccurate quarterly loan reports, the Electoral Commission issued two fines of £500 against the DUP. It is understood that the fines have been paid in full.

Separately, the Traditional Unionist Voice was issued a fine of £1000 for "late delivery of a spending return", related to last year's general election.
