Invest NI Launch Roadshow On Hong Kong Business of Design Week 2019

The Department for International Trade (DIT) have announced the details of a UK roadshow to mark the launch of UK's partnership with Hong Kong's Business of Design Week (BODW) 2019.

Organised by DIT and Invest Northern Ireland, the roadshow will highlight the present and future opportunities across all sectors in Hong Kong, Macau and China's Greater Bay Area and how your company can benefit from BODW.

Business of Design Week (BODW) 2019

BODW is Asia's leading annual event on design, innovation and brands. The event attracts 80 international speakers, 200 media attendees and over 120,000 participants and will provide a key platform to promote UK creativity in Asia.

As BODW's Partner Country for 2019, the UK will showcase the best of British design and demonstrate our leadership in creative thinking and design management.

DIT are looking for exceptional UK designers, design companies and academic institutions to be part of this showcase.

Belfast Roadshow

The roadshow will come to Belfast on Monday 24 September, 2018, at Invest NI, Bedford Square, Belfast.

Speakers at the event include:

• Frances Moffett-Kouadio, Director of Trade, Department for International Trade in Hong Kong

• Andrew Seaton, Executive Director, The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong

• Andrew Davies, Head of Investment Promotion, Invest Hong Kong
