Two Charged In Connection With Large Drug Seizure In Portadown
Two people have been charged in connection with a drug seizure in Portadown.
Cannabis worth an estimated £30,000 was discovered when police stopped and searched a BMW car at about 1.30pm on the Armagh Road on Monday, 23 July.
The drugs were found in the boot of the vehicle and a man and a woman, both aged 21, were taken into custody.
Police made further seizures during follow-up searches at two houses.
The man and woman, charged with a series of drug offences, are due to appear before Craigavon Magistrates' Court.
