Beyond Skin Clinic Celebrates Two Years in Business
In 2016 entrepreneurs Gillian Lowe and Jennie Wallace teamed up to restore a vacant building in Belfast City Centre creating a centre of excellence for medical & cosmetic aesthetic treatments.
Their clinic, Beyond Skin has helped raise the profile and drive traffic to the local area. Figures from Belfast One show that footfall in the Belfast BID area increased by 2.4% from 2016-17. Specifically, in the Fountain Area where the clinic is located there was an increase of 10.4%.
Beyond Skin have quickly established themselves as an industry leader, partnering with global brands Cynosure, Dermaquest, Skinceuticals and Allergan to bring the most advanced and innovative non-surgical treatments to Northern Ireland.
Indeed, the clinic has been recognised by the Northern Irish Hair & Beauty Awards in 2017 & 2018 as Aesthetic Clinic of the Year. Clinic co-owner Gillian was named as Young Businesswoman of the Year in 2017 by Women in Business whilst Jennie was honoured as one of the Top 40 People Under 40 in 2018 by Business First.
Beyond Skin continue to provide top class service to their patients, winning the WhatClinic award for Customer Service two years in row and maintaining their position as the number one clinic in Northern Ireland.
As they enter into their third year of business, co-owner Jennie Wallace reflects on the key to their success: "As young businesswomen in a competitive marketplace we’ve built our brand on honesty, consistency, and real results. We accept nothing less than excellence from our staff and the brands that we choose to work with, ensuring our patients receive the very best treatments possible."
Celebrations in the clinic kick off on Saturday 30 June at an all-day event sponsored by Timeless Truth and continue in July with special offers & promotions running through the month.
