Man Suffers Fractured Skull In Paramilitary-Style Attack
Police have issued an appeal for witnesses to a paramilitary-style attack in Co Antrim on Thursday, 05 April.
It is understood that shortly after 9pm, two masked men attacked a man, aged in his 30s, in the Farm Hill area of Mosside, close to Ballymoney.
The victim suffered a fractured skull during the assault and is continuing to receive treatment in hospital.
Police said that while the man's injuries are not life-threatening, the attack on the man was "brutal and horrific".
Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or anyone who has information which may assist police enquiries, to contact Detectives on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 1494 05/04/18.

A man has been shot in the ankle in Co L'Derry. The paramilitary-style attack happened near the Creggan shops at around 7.45pm on Thursday, 07 December. The 41-year-old man has been taken to hospital to be treated, however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Police described the shooting as "brutal and horrific".

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

The PSNI have appealed for information after four cars were set alight in north Belfast. Police say the suspected arson attack happened at around 22:30 on Tuesday night on the Whitewell Road. It is understood no one was injured in the incidents.
