Appeal Issued After Woman Sexually Assaulted In South Belfast
Police are appealing for information in connection with a sexual assault on a woman in south Belfast.
The attack happened in the Elmwood Avenue area of Belfast at around 8.45pm on Thursday, 22 March.
The suspect has been described as aged in his 30's, tall and skinny with a broad and wiry build, with white skin.
He was wearing a dark coloured beanie hat, a light coloured woollen jumper, sweat style trousers which were light grey and baggy, and black trainers with white stripes.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Were you in the vicinity of Elmwood Avenue at this time? Did you witness anything suspicious?
"If so please call 101 quoting crime reference number 1312 of 22/03/2018, or alternatively anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

Man Arrested After Cars Damaged In South Belfast
A man has been arrested after reports of vehicles being damaged in south Belfast. Four cars were damaged in University Avenue, Dudley Street, the Cloisters and Rugby Avenue on Thursday, 31 August. A 25-year-old man has been arrested and is helping police with their enquiries. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
