The new roles are to be recruited by 2019.
Invest Northern Ireland has offered Ammeon £600,000 to support the creation of the 60 new professional and IT jobs, which will have average salaries of over £50,000.
Ammeon is looking for experienced engineers, consultants and new graduates to join their new software engineering and consulting division. Fourteen of the positions are already in place.
Sinn Féin MP Paul Maskey said: "The company is making a significant investment and creating 60 well-paid posts with an average salary of over £50,000, generating an additional £3.5 million to the local economy.
"That is a tremendous boost and also a significant vote of confidence in the local workforce given that Ammeon singled out the high standard of software engineering talent here as one of the main attractions for them."
