Easyjet Announces Flights From Belfast To Venice

Airline Easyjet has announced a new route from Belfast to Venice.

Flights from Belfast International Airport will begin on 22 June.

The service will operate twice a week and fares start at just over £27.

The airline will also begin flying to Valenica in Spain in June this year.

New budget airline operator set for Belfast

Ardglass Roadworks To Begin On 05 June
The Department for Infrastructure has announced a programme of roadworks in Ardglass, that will get underway on Monday 05 June. The resurfacing scheme will involve the asphalt resurfacing of a 0.5 kilometre stretch of Quay Street, from Bath Lane to Kildare Street.

Jet2 Halts International Flights
An airline has announced it will cease operating at Belfast International Airport, citing safety concerns raised by a recent runway resurfacing scheme. Jet2's domestic flights operating today between Belfast International and Leeds Bradford will now operate to and from Belfast City Airport.

bmi to concentrate services at Belfast City
bmi has announced that it is to discontinue its Heathrow service from Belfast International Airport (BIA) and concentrate resources in Belfast City Airport. However, bmi will maintain a presence at BAI as bmibaby will be including Belfast International as a destination to be served from a new UK base to be announced shortly.
