Driver Of Stolen Car Caught With Open Bottle Of Wine
The driver of a stolen car has been arrested after police caught him with a bottle of wine in his hand.
Members of the public reported that the car was being driven dangerously in Ballymena.
Officers from the Armed Response Unit (ARU) stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver and passenger.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Thanks to the numerous members of the public who took the time to ring Police about the dangerous driving and giving the location of the vehicle."

A man and a woman have been arrested following a vehicle pursuit in west Belfast in the early hours of Thursday, 11 January. At approximately 3.20am police on routine patrol noticed a car being driven erratically on the Springfield Road and signalled for it to stop.

A man has been arrested after a vehicle crashed into an Orange Order parade in Portadown on Sunday, striking a police officer and a member of the public. A silver coloured Seat Alhambra struck the individuals shortly after 1pm on the Drumcree Road on Sunday 04 August.
