Man Dies In Co Tyrone Hit And Run
A man has died after being struck by a car in Co Tyrone.
The incident happened on the Killyman Road in Dungannon just before 8pm on Tuesday, 30 January.
The vehicle failed to stop at the scene.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Education Minister Paul Givan has announced a £1.2 million fund to support pre-school children with special educational needs (SEN). The pilot fund will provide financial support to pre-school settings that have at least one child undergoing a statutory assessment of their educational needs.

Man Charged Following Newry Disorder Incident
A 37-year-old man has been charged with assault on police, attempted criminal damage, criminal damage, disorderly behaviour and resisting police. The charges relate to a disturbance in the Mall area of Newry on Sunday 8th December at around 1:50am. Police said the man became aggressive and abusive towards officers.

Mother Appeals For News Of Missing Tyrone Man
After 12 harrowing months, the mother of a missing Tyrone man has reiterated her offer of a £100,000 reward to anyone who helps find him - or his dead body. Gerard Conway, 32, was last seen in Cookstown in February 2007. Despite a number of searches and reported sightings in the Republic, Mr Conway, who has bi-polar disorder, has not been found.

A County Tyrone man has been convicted of benefit fraud. John Finlay, 52, of Seein Road, Sion Mills , appeared at Omagh Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with obtaining benefits to which he was not entitled. Mr Finlay was fined £300 for claiming Job Seeker’s Allowance to the value of £5,094 while failing to disclose his savings.

Police in Northern Ireland have arrested a man and seized a significant amount of cannabis in Ballygawley. Officers from the Organised Crime Branch raided a property in the Dungannon Road area on Tuesday afternoon. Inside, they discovered a sophisticated cannabis factory containing drugs worth an estimated £200,000.
