Invest NI Announce Customer Experience Event
Invest NI has announced a free event this February to help businesses elevate their customer experience through better design.
In the modern marketplace, customer experience is one of the key ways businesses can differentiate their brands, both online and offline. Exceptionally great experiences stand out; they drive customer loyalty, brand affinity and, ultimately, boost the company's bottom line.
Design can serve as a powerful tool to create and deliver great customer experiences along all the touchpoints of the customer journey, from pre-purchase awareness to post-purchase advocacy.
The Invest NI workshop will help you understand how you can use design to make the entire end-to-end customer experience as positive and as seamless as possible.
This workshop will focus on the importance of:
• your brand story, brand promise and emotional engagement
• customer journey mapping and touchpoint terrains
• customer actions and interactions
• delivery of the brand promise throughout the entire process
The workshop will take you right to the heart of what it takes to differentiate your business, engage your customers emotionally and create a truly exceptional customer experience.
It will also offer case study examples of how using design has transformed a company’s customer experience and a chance to talk to:
• expert design professionals about making design work for your business
• Invest NI staff about Innovation Vouchers, intellectual property and other available support
The customer experience design workshop will take place on Tuesday 20 February 2018 at the Riddel Hall, 185 Stranmillis road, Belfast. Attendance is free, but you must book your place to attend.
