Appeal Issued After Jewellery And Cash Stolen During Burglary In Bangor

Police have launched an investigation after a substantial amount of jewellery, handbags and cash were stolen during a burglary in Bangor.

Theives entered the property in the Killaire Road area between 8am and 9pm on Thursday, 14 December.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "I would urge the public to remain vigilant in the run-up to Christmas ensuring that they report any suspicious activity in their neighbourhood and ask that anyone with information relating to this burglary contact 101 quoting reference 1307 of 14/12/17. Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime."

Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a church in Co Down. The incident happened at Elim Penetcostal Church in Dundonald sometime between Saturday, 13 May, and Monday, 15 May. A substantial amount of cash was stolen which was being used for a children's fun day.

Money Stolen In South Belfast Burglary
Police are appealing for information after a sum of money was stolen during a burglary in south Belfast. The incident was first reported at 10.30am on Saturday 04 January. It's believed entry was gained to the property in Inishowen Drive at sometime between 3pm on Thursday 02 January and when the burglary was reported.

Cash Stolen In Co Down Burglary
A sum of cash has been stolen from a house in Portaferry, Co Down. Police are appealing for information following the burglary on Monday evening, 09 March. Entry was forced to the property in the Ballyblack Road area sometime between 2pm and 7pm that day. The owners returned to discover a quantity of money had been taken.

Police Seek Man Following Burglary At Parochial House
Police investigating a burglary at a parochial house in south Belfast have released an image of a man they would like to speak to. The property on Marquis Street was broken into in September 2017. A sum of cash and an iPad was stolen. Detectives believe the man may be able to assist them with their enquiries.

Jewellery Stolen In Omagh Burglary
Police are seeking information regarding a burglary in Omagh last week during which a significant amount of jewellery was stolen. The incident occurred in the Hunters Crescent area of the County Tyrone town on Thursday 26 September, sometime between 7pm and 10pm.
