Man Arrested Over Number Of Burglaries In Ballymena

A man has been arrested on suspicion of a number of burglaries and attempted burglaries in Ballymena.

As part of an investigation, the PSNI searched a house in Co Antrim after a number of commercial burglaries in the town centre over the past six months.

The man was arrested on Saturday, 12 November, on suspicion of 19 burglaries and six attempted burglaries.

He is currently in police custody and the investigation is ongoing.

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Man Arrested In Connection With South Belfast Burglaries
A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with two burglaries in south Belfast early this morning, Wednesday 13 September. According to a reports, a young female student woke up at around 7.30am this morning to find a man in her room in the Wellesley Avenue area, attempting to take a number of her possessions.

Man Arrested In L'Derry
A 20-year-old man has been arrested in L'Derry. Officers from the PSNI's Terrorism Investigation unit carried out a search at a property in connection with an ongoing on Wednesday, 04 November. A number of items were seized for further examination. The man was taken to be questioned, however he has now been released.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Arrested Following Incident At House In Coleraine
A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident at a house in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. It happened at a property on Knockantern Grove in the Mountsandel area on Tuesday, 16 August. The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of possessing of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an offence and assault on police.
