Robinson Cleaning's sparkling performance recognised by 'Loo' awards

Robinson Cleaning + Support Services, one of Northern Irelands's leading cleaning and support services companies, has been recognised for its consistent high standards in the 'Loo of the Year Awards,' held recently in Belfast City Hall.

The company was "flushed with success" when awarded not one but two 5-star ratings for attending toilets in Connswater and Flagship Shopping Centres and a 4-star rating for Meadows Shopping Centre.

David Robinson, Managing Director of Robinson Cleaning + Support Services commented on the awards: "I see this as recognition of the effort and high standards achieved by our staff. To have won these awards for toilet facilities in shopping centres is an even greater achievement due to the sheer volume of users. Much of our success is due to the quality of traning we provide for all our operators. This was recently also recognised by a National Training Award and our Investors in People

status."

With high judging standards set for the 'Loo of the Year Awards', the facilities are inspected on a set of 11 criterion including 'Signage and Communication,' 'Cleanliness,' 'Hygiene Equipment', 'Air Quality' and 'Changing Facilities.'

The company was also an award winner in the "Attendant of the Year" category "for providing a high level of commitment to a vital public service."
