Two Men Arrested Over Loyalist Paramilitary Activity In L'Derry
Two men have been arrested in connection with violent loyalist paramilitary activity in Co L'Derry.
A 21-year-old man was detained by police over offences which include a shooting at a property in the Bonds Street area in December 2016.
Police also arrested a 44-year-old man in Belfast on suspicion of a number of other terrorism offences.
Both men have to taken to Musgrave police station to be questioned.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Three Arrested In Connection With Ballymena Murder
Police are treating the death of a 69-year-old man from Ballymena as murder. The victim was discovered in the Drumtara area on Tuesday afternoon. Two men, aged 41 and 49, and a woman, 47, have been arrested and are in police custody. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Man Charged In Possession Of Heroin
A man is to appear in court charged in possession of heroin. Police arrested five people during searches of a property in Newry on Wednesday, 16 January. Two men have also been charged in possession of a Class A drug. A 50-year-old woman has also been charged with permitting premises to be used for the supply of a Class A drug.

Three Men Arrested Following Altercation In L'Derry
The PSNI have arrested three men, all aged in their 20s, in connection with a disturbance in L'Derry. The men were detained after several people were reported to have been involved in an altercation in the Argyle Street area at around 3am on Friday, 10 November. A window of a house was also smashed during the incident.
