Graduate opportunities in management development programme
The award winning Graduate Management Development programme Premiere2 is now entering the final stages of its recruitment process.
Premiere2 is an intensive programme aimed at improving participant’s employability in management. Delivered by Parity Training and supported by the Department for Employment and Learning under its ‘Managing your future’ initiative, the programme aims to provide HND and Degree graduates with enhanced management skills using a combination of an initial training period and challenging project work with a local company.
Graduates participating on the programme have the opportunity of completing projects in business areas including Marketing, Human Resources, Enterprise, Operations and Finance.
Nik Anderson, who is a previous participant on the programme, is now working as an Operations Manager for local company Production House. He sees the programme as being fundamental in obtaining his present role, commenting: “The nature of the job means I am constantly drawing on my Premiere training which has been fundamental in getting me into a job and career that I love!”
Places for the programme start date in January are now limited.
If you are a graduate who is either unemployed or underemployed and desires a career in management, visit the programme website at www.premiereprogramme.com or contact the recruitment team at 028 90260409 for further information on how to apply.
