Appeal Issued For Volunteers For New Search For Dean Mcilwaine

An appeal has been made for volunteers to search Cave Hill in Belfast for missing Newtownabbey man, Dean Mcilwaine.

Mr Mcilwaine has been missing since Thursday 13 July. A previous search was carried out in Belfast city centre, but a new search operation is planned for the Belfast country park on Saturday 22 July.

Anyone who is available to help in the search operation is urged to get involved. It is understood that a number of teams will be organised to cover as much of the park as possible. Any experienced hill walkers are asked to make themselves know to help organise volunteers.

Those available to attend are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
