Police Appeal To Help Find Missing Man Gerard Stevenson

Police are appealing for information to help trace Gerard Stevenson.

Mr Stevenson is from the Lagmore area in west Belfast.

The PSNI are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

A police spokesperson said: "Anyone who believes they know the whereabouts of Gerard to please contact police urgently on 101 quoting reference No 1037 dated 29/06/2017."

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Man Arrested Following £180,000 Cocaine Seizure
A 49-year-old has been arrested after police seized £180,000 worth of cocaine in east Belfast. Detectives from Reactive and Organised Crime Branchstopped a car on the Sydenham by-pass on Wednesday night. Detective Inspector Trevor Stevenson said the suspect was being questioned at a Belfast police station.

Police Appeal For Missing West Belfast Teen
Police have launched an appeal to help trace a missing 15-year-old from west Belfast. Gerard McCabe has been reported missing by his family and police have raised concerns. A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are concerned for Gerard McCabe who has been reported missing by his family. He is 15 years of age and from West Belfast.

Appeal Issued To Find Missing Woman Leah Stevenson
Police have issued an appeal to help trace a missing woman from Belfast who has been described as "high risk". Leah Stevenson, 32, was last seen in the Cregagh Road area at around 7.45am on Friday, 26 January. She was last seen wearing a blue hoodie. Police are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.

Renewed Appeal For Help Tracing Missing Person Jason Hughes
The PSNI have issued a fresh appeal for information on the whereabouts of high-risk missing person, Jason Hughes. The 27-year-old was first reported missing to police in August, but he has not been since Friday 26th April. His family, who are being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time, have not heard from him since early April.
