Man Dies In A1 Collision

A man has died in a collision in Banbridge, Co Down.

The crash happened on the A1 dual carriageway at around 12.30pm on Tuesday, 13 June.

The man died at the scene and another male is in a critical condition in hospital.

The road has since been re-opened.

An 18-year-old man has died following a collision in Portadown. The crash happened on the Dungannon Road between midnight and 12.30am on Wednesday, 08 November. The road has been re-opened. Elsewhere, a man, aged in his 30's, has died in a road collision in Co Antrim.

Man Dies In L'Derry Collision
A man has died following a car collision in Magherafelt, L'Derry. The man, in his 20s, was driving on the Tobermore Road at around 6.45pm on Thursday. No other vehicle was involved in the collision. The Tobermore Road has since been reopened.

Man Dies After Collision On A1
A man has died in a road traffic crash on the A1 in Co Down. The victim, aged in his 30's, was the driver of a blue Mercedes that ledt the carriageway just after 5am on Monday, 02 November. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Man Arrested After Woman Dies In Co Armagh Collision
A man has been arrested after a woman was killed in a crash in Co Armagh. The collision happened on the Newry Road just before 3.30am on Sunday. The 25-year-old male is being detained by police on a number of motoring offences. The road has been reopened.

Five die on NI roads over the weekend
Five people have died on Northern Ireland's roads over the weekend. In Co Tyrone last night, two people died when a car and a four-wheel-drive collided just outside the village of Augher. A woman passenger in the car is still in critical condition following the accident.
