Two People Escape Serious Injury In Light Aircraft Crash
Two people have escaped serious injury following a light aircraft crash in Co Down.
The incident happened near Castlewellan Forest Park just before 5pm on Monday, 29 May.
Police confirmed two people were treated at the scene in the Dolly's Bare area, however their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

A woman and her son have escaped injury following a shooting attack in Co Armagh. Shots were fired at a property in the Cloghoge Road area of Cullyhanna on Wednesday, 21 February. Windows were broken in the living room, kitchen and sitting room areas. The woman and child were inside the property at the time of the attack.

The first Northern Ireland conference to be held by the Child Brain Injury Trust has been opened today by Health Minister Edwin Poots. Minister Poots paid tribute to Trust and commended the work done for children and young people with brain injury and their families.
