Pensioner Robbed In East Belfast
A pensioner has been injured after being robbed in east Belfast.
The 83-year-old woman was approached by a man as she unloaded her car at her home in Abbey Park at around 11.15am on Wednesday, 05 April.
He pushed her to the ground and made off with her handbag.
The woman sustained an injury to her wrist.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are calling for any witnesses who may have been in the area of Abbey Park and observed any activity by a suspicious male described as tall and slim, possibly with an English accent.
"If you heard or seen anything suspicious please contact police on 101 quoting the reference 367 05/04/17 and the investigating officer will be in contact."

Woman Sexually Assaulted In Omagh
Police have appealed for information after a 24-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in Omagh. The attack is thought to have happened in a walkway in the Johnston Park area between 1am and 3am on Sunday (30 November). Pensioner Burgled In East Belfast
Police are appealing for information after a pensioner was burgled in east Belfast. The 90-year-old woman was left shaken after three men broke into her property in Abbey Park at around 8pm on Thursday. They made off with a sum of money and the woman's handbag. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Woman Arrested Over Abuse Allegations At Muckamore Abbey Hospital
A 58-year-old woman has been arrested by police investigating allegations of ill-treatment of patients at Muckamore Abbey Hospital on the outskirts of Antrim. She was detained in the Antrim area. Last week, a 52-year-old woman was arrested as part of the investigation and another woman was also arrested this week.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a shooting incident in Dundonald. A 37-year-old man is being treated in hospital after he was shot once in each leg in Enler Park Central in the Ballybeen estate at about 9.10pm on Monday 03 January.

Elderly Woman Robbed In Co Down
An elderly woman has been robbed in Bangor, Co Down. The incident happened in Castle Park on Monday, 13 June. A man stole the lady's purse and made off in the direction of Abbey Park. The suspect is being described as very tall, and was wearing a black hooded top with blue markings. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
