Two Men Arrested Over George Gilmore Murder Released
Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of George Gilmore have been released unconditionally.
Mr Gilmore, aged 44, was shot in the neck in Carrickfergus on Monday, 13 March.
He died from his injuries in hospital the following day, 14 March.
The two suspects were detained in Co Antrim on Wednesday, 29 March.
They have since been released.

Two men arrested in Scotland and in London yesterday morning in relation to the murder of a Catholic teenager in north Belfast 40 years ago have been released. Seamus Gilmore was shot by loyalist paramilitaries while he was working at a petrol station on the Ballysillan Road on Sunday, 4 February 1973.

Two people have been arrested in connection with the murder of George Gilmore. Mr Gilmore, aged 44, was shot in the neck in the Woodburn Estate in Carrickfergus on Monday, 13 March. He died from his injuries in hospital on Tuesday, 14 March. A 37-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman are assisting the police with their enquiries.

A 39-year-old man has been arrested by police investigating the murder of George Gilmore. Mr Gilmore, aged 44, was shot in the neck in Carrickfergus on Monday, 13 March. He died from his injuries in hospital the following day, 14 March. The suspect was detained in Co Antrim on Wednesday, 12 April, and is being questioned at Musgrave police station.
