Pensioners Left Badly Shaken Following Burglary In Co Armagh

Two pensioners have been left badly shaken after a group of men burgled their home in Co Armagh.

The incident happened at a house in the Portadown Road area of Tandragee just after 9.30pm on Thursday, 09 March.

They threatened the pair, tied them up and locked them in the bathroom.

The suspects made off with a sum of cash.

They spoke with southern accents and were wearing black clothes, woollen hats and scarves covering their faces.

The victims sustained minor cuts to their wrists and were left badly shaken.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A pensioner has been left badly shaken following a robbery in Co Armagh. The incident occurred at a house in the Tirmacrannon Road area of Loughgall on Tuesday evening. The victim, aged in his 80s, was pushed against a kitchen counter by the intruder who also stole his wallet.

A woman has been left badly shaken following an armed robbery at a Chinese takeaway in north Belfast. The incident occurred at premises on the Cliftonville Road area at around 12.30am on Saturday. A man armed with a knife threatened staff and made off with a sum of cash.

Staff Left Badly Shaken After Armed Robbery In Co Antrim
Workers at a shop in Co Antrim have been left shaken after three masked men entered the premises in an armed robbery. Three masked men, believed to be arraying suspected firearms, entered the shop on the Harbour Road in Carnlough, and threatened staff members just before 11pm on Thursday, 06 July.
