Joe Reilly Murder: Man Released Unconditionally

A man arrested in connection with the murder of Joe Reilly in west Belfast has been released.

Mr Reilly, aged 43, was shot dead at his home in Glenwood Court in October.

The 48 year-old suspect was arrested and taken to Musgrave Police Station for questioning.

Police confirmed he has been released unconditionally.

A man is to appear in court charged in possession of heroin. Police arrested five people during searches of a property in Newry on Wednesday, 16 January. Two men have also been charged in possession of a Class A drug. A 50-year-old woman has also been charged with permitting premises to be used for the supply of a Class A drug.

A man arrested by detectives investigating the murder of Jim Donegan outside his son's school last December has been released unconditionally. The victim was shot eight times by a lone gunman as he waited in his car to collect his son on the Glen Road in west Belfast.

Bangor Shooting Suspect 'Released Unconditionally'
A man arrested in connection with a double shooting in Bangor, Co Down, earlier this month has been "released unconditionally". The 41-year-old had been held on suspicion of the attempted murder of two men, a 24 and 33-year-old, as they sat in a car at about 01:00 on Monday 10 February at East Way in the Whitehill estate.

Two Arrested In Connection With Dissident Republican Activity Released
Two men arrested in connection with dissident republican activity have been released. The pair, aged 31 and 22, were arrested in Co L'Derry on Thursday, 31 March. They were questioned at a police station in Belfast. The pair were released unconditionally.
