Singers support Red Ribbon Ball charity gala
In the face of a rising number of HIV/Aids cases in Northern Ireland, the charity Aids2000 have opened ticket sales for their forthcoming Red Ribbon Ball, a black tie gala organised to raise funds for people suffering from HIV/Aids.
The event was formally launched by Alex Best, Patron of Aids2000, Fame Academy's Malachi Cush, who will be performing at the event, and Colin Angus, the Chairman of Aids2000.
Singer and song writer Brian Kennedy has also stepped in to pledge his support, and will be performing at the event.
He said: "I feel this is a very important issue here in Northern Ireland and I am delighted to support a friend, Colin and Aids2000. I hope that lots of people attend the big night to raise much needed funds."
The ball will be held at Ten Square in Belfast on Saturday November 22, and tickets cost £50 per person.
For further information contact Colin Angus on 07788754809.
