Two injured in paramilitary-style attacks
Police are appealing information following two separate paramilitary-style attacks in Co Antrim.
In the Revallagh area of Bushmills, a man was beaten with iron bars and baseball bats by five masked men on Tuesday evening. The victim was taken to hospital were he was treated for suspected fractures.
Elsewhere, a 49-year-old man was injured after being shot in the leg in north Belfast. The incident took place in Culpa Street at around 6pm on Tuesday.
Anyone with information on either attack is asked to contact police on 028 9065 0222 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Appeal For Information After Man Attacks House With Golf Club
PSNI Detectives are appealing for information following a report of criminal damage at a house in the Raceview Avenue area of Ballymoney yesterday evening, Monday 20th February. Shortly after 9pm, a man dressed in black and wearing blue gloves, arrived at the property and began to attack the front door with a golf club.

Four injured during stone attacks on buses
Four people have been injured during a day of attacks on Northern Ireland’s public bus services. One man was hit on the arm by a brick thrown through the window of a bus that was travelling along Gray’s Lane, near the Shore Road around 5pm.

Two men have been seriously injured in separate shooting attacks in Belfast on Sunday, 28 January. A 41-year-old man was shot in both legs and an arm in the Divismore Park area of Ballymurphy in west Belfast. Elsewhere, a 26-year-old man was shot in the legs in the Upper Meadow Street area in north Belfast.

Derry man described as ‘serious risk’ to women
Police in England have launched a hunt for a Northern Irish man which they describe as posing “a serious and substantial” risk to women. Greater Manchester Police have taken the unusual step of naming a man whom they wish to speak to in connection with a range of attacks on women across the UK.
