Business Leaders Programme Announced For February 2017
The William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's University Belfast have announced a programme of events for February 2017.
The Business Leaders Programme has been specifically designed for those leading at the top of an organisation, providing them with the space required to look at best practice, strengthen a strategic thinking mind-set and explore how leading organisations are employing creativity techniques to drive sustained growth.
Commencing in February 2017, the short and intensive program explores innovative ways of applying a personal leadership style to lead change and make decisions in tough situations.
Through self-assessment and group exercises, participants will acquire new strategies for the critical challenges likely to be faced, both professionally and personally.
The programme includes:
Module 1 – leadership
• the role of the leader
• how to add value
• focus on strategy
• building resilience
Module 2 – innovation and creative thinking
• peer coaching/action learning
• experimentation
• effecting change
Module 3 – leading change
• making it happen
• high performance teams
• overcoming resistance
