Petrol Bomb Thrown At House In East Belfast

An investigation has been launched following a petrol bomb attack at a house in east Belfast.

According to to the PSNI, a petrol bomb was thrown at a house on Madrid Street at about 8.45pm on Saturday, 12 November.

There were no reports of any injuries but it is understood that the house was damaged by the fire.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact detectives at Reactive and Organised Crime Musgrave Police Station on the non-emergency number 101.

Alternatively, information can be provided without giving personal details through the independent charity Crimestoppers .

Petrol Bomb Thrown At Community Centre In L'Derry
A petrol bomb has been thrown at a community centre in Co L'Derry. The device was thrown at the Dove House building at around 11.30pm on Thursday, 18 August. Scorch damage was caused to the front of the building. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Petrol Bomb Attacks Target Fountain - Again
A fourth petrol bomb attack on a Londonderry interface has further heightened tensions in the area. The mainly Protestant Fountain estate in central Derry has seen several attacks which have this week led to warnings from both nationalist and unionist politicians that someone could be killed in a confrontation.

House Damaged In Petrol Bomb attack
A house in Larne has been damaged in a petrol bomb attack, according to police. It happened on Church Way at around 10.30pm on Wednesday. A man was in the house at the time but was unhurt. Minor damage was caused to the property and a window was smashed. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
