Two men arrested in blaze enquiry
Two men have been arrested in connection with a fire that caused the death of a Co Londonderry fireman last week.
The men, who are believed to be in their 30's, are currently being questioned by police in connection with the fire at Gorteen House Hotel in Limavady, on Saturday 1 November.
The resulting blaze cost the life of 50-year-old Dungiven man, Joe McCloskey, who fell through a storeroom roof of the hotel.
Suffering extensive burns to his body, Mr Closkey was rushed to Altnagelvin Hospital but died a short time later.
The Dungiven father of five was buried at St Patrick's Church in the town following a short service last week.

Funeral of firefighter takes place in Dungiven
The funeral of heroic firefighter Joe McCloskey who was fatally injured at the weekend while tackling a fire at a hotel, has taken place in Dungiven today. The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a report of an aggravated burglary at the Queens Avenue area of Cookstown on Friday 3rd February. Shortly after 10pm, it was reported that four masked men entered a property in the area with one of the men armed with an iron bar and another man armed with a suspected firearm.

Two Men Attacked With Baseball Bats In Co Antrim
Two 18-year-old men have been attacked with baseball bats in Whitehead, Co Antrim. The victims were closing premises in the Balmoral Avenue area at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, 04 October when three men assaulted them. Both men were treated in hospital for their injuries. One has been discharged, and the other remains in hospital.

Trawler located on seabed
One of two missing trawlers that sank off the South of Ireland has been located on the seabed. The Pere Charles and Honeydew II sank off the south coast in gales last week. Seven men, five from the Pere Charles and two from the Honeydew II, are missing.
