Argento Create Jobs With New Forestside Store
Contemporary jewellery retailer Argento has announced the opening of a new store at the Forestside shopping complex.
The new store, which officially opens at 9am on Saturday 12 November, is part of a near £3 million store development and enhancement programme which incorporates the company's new, standout design.
The brand new 1,500 sq ft store will create more than 15 full and part time jobs to Belfast, with an additional 20 temporary jobs added to support the launch over Christmas. The new roles will raise the company's total staff total to over 700.
Peter Boyle, Chief Executive of Argento, said: "The larger space has meant that we can expand our team at Argento Forestside and continue in the provision of our first class customer care. We're eager to meet the high demand for our products across our entire sales platform, between stores and online.
"As well as developing new stores, our investment programme is targeted at improving existing, high achieving stores that have strong growth potential. Forestside is regarded as one of our best performing stores and we wanted to include the store in the new design concept."
2016 saw the Belfast-based company named the winner of the UK Jewellery Awards for 'Best Store Environment', triumphing over a number of prestigious retailers across the UK.
Argento's Forestside opening will be accompanied by special giveaways and the opportunity to enter a competition to win a £150 Argento voucher.
