Innovation Leadership Workshop Announced

The Innovation Factory has announced that it will host a half day interactive Innovation Leadership workshop on Thursday, 08 December.

The workshop will challenge business owners to look at how an innovative leadership style can bring a positive impact to their business's bottom line.

Attendees of the event will gain a greater understanding of:

• developing an innovation process

• building support throughout your organisation

• encouraging creativity in your team

• emerging trends and the impact on your business

• your organisational readiness and ability to take action

• disciplined implementation, including managing the path from the idea to reality

This event is for business owners and senior managers who want to challenge the status quo of their organisations, and push through the barriers to growth.
