215 New Jobs Announced For Dublin And Waterford
Over 200 new jobs are to be created in Dublin and Waterford, it has been announced.
A total of 215 new roles are being established by nine IDA client companies; Endure Technologies, MacStadium, Cloudbeds, Energetics, Telnyx, Compar AG, Paragon, and TPGS.
The posts will be spread across a number of sectors with a range of activities such as software engineering, finance, sales, technology, customer support, operations and marketing.
An Taoiseach Enda Kenny said: "The Government remain strongly focused on employment and on the implementation of our annual Action Plan for Jobs.
"Earlier this week the Cabinet signed off on the Third Quarterly Report on the Action Plan for Jobs 2016. Under the Action Plan 176,000 new jobs have been created.
"I would like to thank the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and her officials for the hard work they are undertaking."
Minister Mitchell O'Connor added: "Ireland has been very successful in attracting investment projects from many of the big international players across a range of sectors.
"We intend to be just as successful in securing investment from the rising generation of early stage, high growth companies as well.
"It is terrific news that this group of companies, who are at the forefront of their technologies have decided to locate in Ireland and I look forward to their future expansion here."

Killarney-based manufacturing and engineering group Tricel has announced it is to create 100 new jobs. 40 of the posts are to be situated at the firm's headquarters in Killarney. The 40 new jobs in the Killarney HQ will be worth an extra €2.4m to the local economy.

Purepipe To Create Six New Jobs
Belfast-based Purepipe is investing £250,000 and creating six new jobs as part of plans to boost sales in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Invest Northern Ireland has offered the company £45,000 towards its expansion which involves investing in new state-of-the-art specialised pipe manufacturing equipment needed to target new business.
