Pat Hickey And Kevin Mallon Formally Charged Over Ticketing Scandal
Former Olympic Council of Ireland (OCI) president Pat Hickey and Kevin Mallon, director of THG Sports, have been formally charged by a public prosecutor in Brazil over the ticketing scandal in Rio.
Mr Hickey, who temporarily stood down from the role, and Mr Mallon were arrested as part of an investigation into the alleged illegal ticket sales at this year's Games.
The charges include the supply of tickets for the purpose of touting, false advertising and fraud.
A judge will review the charges and decide whether or not to proceed with the case.

Armagh Traffic Victim Was On Mercy Mission
The man who was killed in a weekend car crash has been named – and it has been revealed that he was on route to comfort bereaved relatives at the time of the accident. Two vehicles were involved in the collision at the Keady Road on Saturday evening in which 38-year-old Stephen Guy, from the Keady area, was fatally injured.
