Shotgun, Air Rifle And Ammunition Stolen From House In Co Antrim

Police have launched an investigation after three masked men stole a shotgun, air rifle and ammunition from a property in Larne, Co Antrim.

The incident happened at a house in the Glenburn Road area at around 2.45pm on Tuesday, 16 August.

A sum of money was also stolen.

The suspects made off in a silver Seat Leon car, registration number NHZ 8403, which was later found burnt out in the Ballyboley Road area.

It is believed the vehicle was stolen during a burglary in the Ballycoose Road area sometime between Sunday 14 August and Monday 15 August.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Ammunition Found During West Belfast Security Alert
A quantity of ammunition has been found during a security alert in west Belfast. Suspected stolen artwork was also discovered at a property in the St Mary's Gardens area on Thursday, 14 September. Detectives from Musgrave Criminal Investigation Branch have launched an investigation. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Arrests And Suspected Stolen Good Seized In L'Derry
Two men have been arrested and a quantity of suspected stolen goods have been seized by officers from the City Centre Neighbourhood Team in L'Derry. A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of six counts of theft and he remains in police custody at this time.
