Investigation Launched Following Arson Attack In Co Tyrone

Police have launched an investigation after a car was destroyed in an arson attack in Co Tyrone.

The incident happened in the Ballinderry Bridge area at around 1am on Wednesday, 03 August.

It is believed flammable liquid was thrown over the Mercedes car. Damage was also caused to a nearby house.

No one was injured in the attack.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Investigation Launched Over Arson Attack In Co Antrim
Police have launched an investigation following an arson attack in Co Antrim. The incident happened at a property in Ardclinis Gardens in Larne in the early hours of Friday. Police investigate lamb slaughter
Police have launched an investigation into the killing of four sheep and 11 lambs at a farm in Co Tyrone. Police believe two or three people carried out the attack in which all the animals either had the necks broken or were hit over the head with a blunt instrument.

Investigation Launched After Arson Attack On Van In Co Antrim
Police have launched an investigation following an arson attack on a van in Ballyclare, Co Antrim. The incident occurred in the Douglas Terrace area on Friday, 21 April. It is believed a window was smashed and a petrol bomb was thrown inside the vehicle causing damage to the interior.

Police Officer Hit By Car In Co Tyrone
A police officer has been hit by a car in Co Tyrone. The incident happened on the Tartlaghan Road at Bush at around 11.30pm on Tuesday, 07 March. The PSNI were responding to reports of two vehicles driving dangerously in the area. The officer was struck on the legs by the silver Lexus which failed to stop for police.
