Pair Escape Injury After Arson Attack In Co Tyrone

A man and woman have escaped injury following an arson attack at a property in Co Tyrone.

The attack happened at a house in Austin Drive, Tandragee, at around 3.15am on Saturday, 30 July.

A petrol bomb was thrown at the front of the house and smoke damage was caused to the kitchen of the property.

Inspector Lynsey Barr said: "Police are working to establish a motive for this attack and we are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with any information that can assist with the investigation to contact officers in Armagh quoting reference number 208 30/07/16. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

Man Escapes Injury Following Shooting Attack In Co Tyrone
A man has escaped injury following a shooting attack at a house in Co Tyrone. Two shots were fired through the living room of the property in Cookstown just before 3am on Tuesday, 17 May. Police are treating the attack as "attempted murder". The PSNI have launched an investigation and are working to establish a motive for the attack.

Couple escape injury in petrol bomb attack
A couple in their 20’s have escaped injury following a petrol bomb attack on a house in Co Down. The incident occurred in the Brayside Grove area of Castlereagh at about 2.45am on Wednesday. The bomb hit the front door of the house and shattered a pane of glass however the couple, who were in the house at the time, were left shaken but uninjured.

Three people escape injury in gun attack
Three people have escaped injury following a gun attack on a house in Craigavon on Wednesday. Shortly before 9.45pm, a man and woman, both aged 53, and another 22-year-old man were in a house in the Parkmore area of the town when a number of shots were fired at the property. Minor damage was caused to the front windows and door.

Two men have escaped injury following a petrol bomb attack at a house in Ballymena. The incident happened shortly before midnight on Edward Street on Thursday, 28 September. The living room window of the property was smashed and a petrol bomb was thrown inside and caused smoke damage to the curtains.
