Staff Badly Shaken After Garage Robbed In Co Down

Staff have been left badly shaken following an armed robbery at a garage in Co Down.

The incident happened on the Belfast Road in Dollingstown at around 4.45pm on Tuesday.

Two robbers, one armed with a gun, entered the forecourt on a black motorbike. The armed man then went into the garage and stole a sum of cash.

Two women, who were working at the time of the incident, were left shaken, according to the police.

The suspects were wearing black motorbike clothing and helmets. They made off in the Cottage Road direction.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A pensioner has been left badly shaken following a robbery in Co Armagh. The incident occurred at a house in the Tirmacrannon Road area of Loughgall on Tuesday evening. The victim, aged in his 80s, was pushed against a kitchen counter by the intruder who also stole his wallet.
