Man Beaten With Hammers In North Belfast
A man has been beaten with hammers by a masked gang in north Belfast.
The attack happened at a house in the Canning Place area at around 9.30pm on Wednesday, 20 July.
The gang of men forced their way into the property and attacked the victim.
He was taken to hospital and sustained injuries to his legs and arms.
They smashed several windows before fleeing the scene along Canmorris Street.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Teenager Attacked In North Belfast
Police have launched an investigation after a masked gang, believed to be armed with a gun, attacked a teenager in north Belfast. The incident happened at a house in the Kinnaird Street area on Saturday night, 04 June. The 19-year-old victim sustained a cut to his neck and bruising. A woman who was in the house at the time was not injured.

Four Hurt In Woodvale Beatings
A paramilitary-style attack in north Belfast has seen four men beaten and taken to hospital. They were in a house in the Woodvale area of the city when a gang entered and beat them with baseball bats at about 8.30pm on Monday. The victims, aged 19, 24, 25 and 29, were taken to hospital, and treated for injuries to their arms and legs.

Gang Attack Man During Burglary In South Belfast
A gang of three men have attacked another man during an armed burglary in south Belfast. The incident happened in the Diamond Gardens area at around 8.10pm on Tuesday. The men, one armed with a small knife, took the keys of a black Audi A6, and made off in the car in the direction of Finaghy Road North.

Man Raped In West Belfast Gang Attack
Detectives are hunting a gang accused of raping a man in west Belfast last week. The 26-year-old man was allegedly raped after being held down by a gang of men while one of them assaulted him. The young man was walking in the Aspen Walk area of Twinbrook when he was approached by a stranger and forced into an alleyway were the assault took place.
