Woman Attacked In Banbridge
Police have launched an investigation after a woman was attacked in Banbridge, Co Down.
It is believed the 26-year-old victim was walking along a laneway from Maryville towards the bus depot shortly after 8pm when a man attacked her.
The victim sustained a wound to her wrist and received hospital treatment.
Detective Inspector Lynne Knox said: "We are keen to hear from anyone with information about this crime. Detectives can be contacted by call 101."

Victim shot in Shankill Road area
A man has been treated in hospital following a paramilitary style shooting in west Belfast at the weekend. The victim, who is thought to be in his 40s, suffered a single gunshot wound to the right leg when he was attacked in the Shankill Road area at around 8pm on Sunday. He was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital for treatment.

A man has been injured after being attacked by masked men in Co Antrim. Three individuals, who were armed with bats, assaulted the man in an alleyway in Greenland in Carrickfergus on Tuesday, 31 May. The victim sustained injuries to his arm and side. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A man has been beaten with a metal bar in Co L'Derry. A gang of men, one believed to have a gun, attacked the 19-year-old victim in the Glenowen Park area on Sunday, 25 June. He was hit several times with the bar and sustained cuts and bruises to his face and body. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Police Appeal After Man Attacked In Co Antrim
Police are appealing for information after a man was attacked in Ballymena, Co Antrim. The assault happened in the North Road area at around 3.30am on Sunday, 29 January. A gang of four or five men attacked the victim, aged 37. He was taken to hospital where his condition has been described as "serious".
