Police express concern over missing siblings
Police have expressed concern for the welfare of a teenage brother and sister who have been missing for almost a week.
David McCormick, 16, was last seen at his north Belfast home at around 6pm on Wednesday, 15 October.
He suffers from a medical condition and is not believed to have his medication with him.
David is described as being 4’ 6”, of light build, with brown eyes and short black hair.
He is thought to be in the company of his 17-year-old sister Carol, who went missing from her east Belfast home last Thursday.
Carol is around 5’ tall, of thin build, with a pale complexion and freckles, and thick red wavy hair that is sometimes brown.
Police would urge anyone with any information on the whereabouts of either individual to contact them on 028 9065 0222.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.
