Drop In NI House Prices
House prices in Northern Ireland have fallen by one per cent, according to the Department of Finance.
The standard property price in Northern Ireland is now £117,500.
However, prices are six per cent higher compared to the same time last year.
The lowest house prices are in L'Derry and Strabane and the highest are in Lisburn and Castlereagh.

NI House Prices Continue To Fall
Northern Ireland house prices continue to fall despite an increase in transactions, according to a new report. The survey by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyers (RICS) and Ulster Bank revealed the overall pattern of declination was likely to remain for the foreseeable future.

NI House Prices Down By More Than A Tenth
Figures out today from the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency show that house prices have fallen by 11% in the frst six months of this year. Land & Property Services released the Residential Property Price Index report for Quarter 2 of 2012, which is compiled from stamp duty information.

Rise In NI House Prices
Northern Ireland house prices increased by 2.6% in the year to April 2014, according to the latest report from the Office for National Statistics. Although prices are rising again, the increase was still behind a 9.9% rise in the UK. House price annual inflation was 10.4% in England, 3.3% in Wales and 4.8% in Scotland.

Alliance Write To Communities Minister Over Rising House Prices
Alliance MLA Patricia O'Lynn has written to the Minister for Communities, Deirdre Hargey, to raise concerns over Northern Ireland's growing housing problem. The North Antrim MLA referenced examples in her own constituency, such as Ballycastle which has seen some of the steepest increases in house prices.

Northern Ireland house prices rose by 11.7% in the year to November 2014, making it the region with the highest inflation throughout the UK for the period, according to the Office for National Statistics.
