H&J Martin Wins RICS Award

NI firm H&J Martin Construction & Fit Out has scooped a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) award for restoring Mount Stewart, a Grade A listed house on the banks of Strangford Loch in County Down.

The firm will now go on to the RICS Awards Grand Final to compete for the National Award in the Building Conservation category.

The regional RICS Awards are made up of eight categories from Building Conservation to Tourism & Leisure and Infrastructure and some of the country's most popular new builds and recent restorations were in the spotlight at the ceremony.
