Man Attacked During Hijacking In North Belfast
Police are appealing for information after a driver was punched in the face before two men stole his car in north Belfast.
The incident happened on Edlingham Street at around 11.20pm on Sunday, 08 May.
The motorist was getting into his vehicle when he was approached by two unknown men. One of the men punched the victim in the face and both men made off in his red Mitsubishi Lancer GS2.
The vehicle was found burnt out in the Carlisle Road area around 20 minutes later, according to the police.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Arrested Over Murder Of Brian McIlhagga
A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Brian McIlhagga. A gang of masked men dragged the 42-year-old victim from a house in the Riverview Park area in Ballymoney on 05 January 2015. He was beaten and shot in a paramilitary-style attack.

Woman Attacked In West Belfast
Police are appealing for information after a woman was attacked in west Belfast. A number of men armed with batons forced their way into a house in the Laurelbank area of Poleglass just after 7.30pm on Wednesday, 18 January, and assaulted the victim. The men smashed the windows of the property and two cars that were parked outside.

Young Girl Approached In L'Derry
Police are appealing for information after a young girl was approached by men in a van in L'Derry. The incident happened in the Creggan area at around 4.15pm on Wednesday. The nine-year-old girl was walking in the Creggan area when a white van pulled up beside her. One of the three men asked her to get in, however the girl refused and ran home.

Man Left Shaken Following Distraction Burglary
Police in Newry are appealing for information after a man was left shaken following a distraction burglary. A man called to a house in Lower Dromore Road, Warrenpoint, and claimed to be from the council on Friday. The man took the male occupant of the house into the back garden.
