Woman Charged After Police Seize iPhone Disguised As Taser
A woman has been charged after police in Armagh seized an iPhone disguised as a taser.
Two metal pins on the end of the phone "would give a nasty shock and and are more than capable of incapacitating you temporarily", according to the police.
A spokesperson from the PSNI said: "Thankfully on this occasion, due to another quick thinking member of the public, this item was removed from a female who was then arrested. She was interviewed, charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, held overnight and taken to court where she pleaded guilty and was given a conditional discharge by the Magistrate."
