Officer Dies Suddenly At Police Station In Co Antrim
A police officer has died suddenly at Ballymoney Police Station in Co Antrim.
PSNI Superintendent Tony Callaghan said: "Police are investigating the sudden death of a 55-year-old police officer in Ballymoney Police Station on April 18.
"We are not treating the death as suspicious."
He also confirmed that the Police Ombudsman has been informed.
No other details have been released.

The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

A 37-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office has been released on police bail. The woman was detained by officers from the Paramilitary Crime Taskforce in the Newtownabbey area on Thursday, 07 December. She was questioned at Antrim Police Station, however she has been released on bail.

New Police Station Opens In Co Down
A new police station in Downpatrick, Co Down, has officially opened. The new station was developed to replace the Irish Street PSNI Station. The new Downpatrick PSNI Station is located on the northwest corner of the old Downshire Hospital on the Ardglass Road.
