Crossgar Firm Commended For 'Impressive' Export Sales
A Crossgar firm has been commended for its "impressive" export sales.
Lignum Interiors, suppliers of joinery services, has developed strong overseas contacts and as a result, leverage opportunities in Europe, USA and Iraq, with help from Invest NI.
Enterprise Minister Jonathan Bell said: "Invest Northern Ireland has helped the company develop strong overseas contacts and as a result leverage opportunities in Europe, USA and Iraq.
"This in-market and export development support has given Lignum the confidence and knowledge to achieve its growth potential and I wish the business continued success."
Ciaran McMenamin, co-founder of Lignum Interiors, said: "We are delighted at how the business is going from strength to strength and have worked hard to build the relationships and reputation among our customer base.
"Our focus moving forward is to continue to grow our order book across both the commercial and residential sectors and deliver unique designs which help us leverage the continued growth of the Lignum Interiors brand."

A Carrickfergus fit-out company has become the first firm to retain a prestigious UK interiors award. McCue Fit-Out defended its 'Shopfitting Excellence' crown at the Retail Week Interiors Awards for its work on a major Urban Outfitters store in Cardiff. Last year it secured the title for the completion of the chic retailer’s Liverpool location.

Businesses Urged To Introduce Living Wage
Sinn Féin has called on businesses in Northern Ireland to follow the example set by Nestle and to introduce the living wage for all employees. The party's Fermanagh and South Tyrone MLA Phil Flanagan welcomed the news that Nestle has become the first employer to introduce the living wage for its workers, and called on all companies to follow suit.
