Five more teenagers have been arrested in connection with the murder of Christopher Meli.
Mr Meli, the father of a two-year-old boy, was attacked in the Glenavy Close area in Twinbrook, west Belfast, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Two females are aged 17 and one is 16. The two males are aged 16 and 17.
Two 18-year-old men and a 16-year-old youth have been remanded in custody after appearing before Lisburn Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 15 December.
Sinn Féin MLA Jennifer McCann has appealed for people to come forward.
Ms McCann said: "The brutal killing of Christopher Meli has caused deep shock and hurt in the Greater Colin community.
"The huge turnout at a vigil last night highlights the support from this community for the Meli family.
"Community leaders and I met with the PSNI today to discuss the tragic killing of Christopher Meli at the weekend and the progress of the ongoing murder investigation.
"I impressed upon local PSNI commanders the need for a thorough investigation and to keep the Meli family informed at all stages.
"I am appealing to anyone in the community who has any information about the assault on Christopher and his friend Ryan Morris to urgently come forward to the PSNI and assist the investigation."
